Maison LHL is a French brand. The website https://maisonlhl.com sells leather goods made in Italy, in a family-run traditional factory.

We deliver to all European countries, the United States, Canada, Hong-Kong and South Korea. The delivery is free. The payments are secure and made by credit card. Delivery times can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the country of delivery.

No customs duties or taxes will be applied to orders coming from EU countries or Hong-Kong. About other countries, customs duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees might have to be paid upon delivery, depending on the current official regulation in your country. The French VAT will always be deducted from the taxes.

The customer has a right of cancellation. She can cancel the order within a period of 14 days from the day after receipt of the item. If there is no issue with the returned item, she will be refunded immediately. We do not cover the return costs. You will find more details in our returns policy.
