Maison LHL is a French brand. The website https://maisonlhl.com sells leather goods made in Italy, in a family-run traditional factory.

The delivery is free for all countries. The payments are secure and made by credit card. Delivery times can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the country of delivery. We ship worldwide. No taxes or customs duties will be applied to orders coming from European countries.

Thanks to trade agreements between the EU and Canada, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand, customs duties and tariffs do not apply to orders coming from these countries. However, prices do not include any applicable local VAT or import taxes. If applicable, these fees will be charged by your local customs authority or the carrier upon delivery. Customs duties and tariffs do apply to orders coming from other countries. Please consult your country’s import regulations for more details.

The customer has a right of cancellation. She can cancel the order within a period of 14 days from the day after receipt of the item. If there is no issue with the returned item, she will be refunded immediately. We do not cover the return costs. You will find more details in our returns policy.

In the event of a dispute, the customer has the option to contact the plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges.
