RETURNS POLICY
We do not cover the return costs. Our return and refund policy is valid during 14 days from the day after receipt of the item. After this delay, we can’t offer you a refund. We accept returns only on items that are unused and in the original packaging (including dust bags). All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the protective film still attached on the hardware. We are unable to offer a return on items that are damaged, dirty, scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. If you wish to request a refund, please reply to the confirmation email of your order. We will need your order number, along with your email address linked to your order.
A quality control takes place in the Italian workshop before delivery to the warehouse in France. However, if you notice a defect, please inform us immediately after receipt of the item and provide us with proof, for example a photo of the item together with the package label. We can proceed with a refund only under this condition. If your package arrives damaged, it is advisable to refuse it and report the problem to the delivery person and the carrier with supporting photos.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges. A new order needs to be placed.
